Join us as we celebrate the Roaring Twenties

February 22nd, 2020  |  6pm - 11pm  |  Sequoyah Country Club

Formally known as the Otter Bash, our annual spring fundraiser will celebrate the kick-off of the Roaring Twenties with a fabulous adults-only evening of fun and fundraising. This event has been re-imagined to follow the format of an elaborate hosted party, including dinner and a full evening of entertainment. This year’s event will feature a fully operating casino - complete with prizes to be won - plus dinner, live music and dancing, and our unique annual live auction.

How will it work?

A full casino will be in operation for the evening and your entry ticket includes chips to get you started.  If luck is on your side, trade your chips in at the end of the night for raffle tickets - tickets can be entered for the raffle prize of your choice. These  amazing prizes are not to be missed - ranging from custom artwork to family getaways and everything in-between. Get ready to take a chance!

Our annual live auction will offer a range of wonderful experiences - exclusive tours and getaways - will take place during the evening. Don’t miss this chance to bag the famed parking spot or take a VIP Tesla factory tour.

 

What should I wear?

Please respect the dress code for Sequoyah Country Club - no ripped or worn denim; collared shirts are required for men and hats must be removed to enter the members bar. Better yet - this is a great excuse to break out your best 1920s attire! Don your favorite flapper dress or bowler hat and enjoy a truly decadent evening.

Please note: when visiting the restroom, men will need to remove their hats as they move through the Members spaces of the club. 

 

What should I bring?

Please bring a credit card. We have you covered for a welcome glass of champagne, a set of starter chips and dinner. A cash (no-host) bar will be open from 6-10:45 and additional chips and raffle tickets can be purchased before the live auction. Cash and cards will be accepted at the bars. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted for purchase of chips and raffle tickets. 

Why do we do it?

The funds we raise will support our PTA enrichment and community programs, including library, Integrated Arts, Outdoor learning, and much more. We also support teachers with a substantial annual fund for classroom supplies and host many special projects around the school. Thank you for helping us reach our fundraising goals ensuring our children receive the learning support that they need to excel.
