MONTCLAIR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WEEKLY NEWSLETTER – APRIL 22, 2015 VOL. 30

NEW SCHOOL POLICY ON THIRD-PARTY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Effective immediately, Montclair Elementary School will no longer accept printed flyers from external companies or organizations to be distributed to the student body. This is in an effort to preserve teacher and volunteer resources, cut down on paper communications to parents, and conserve paper. If you would like to submit a flyer or announcement to the school community, MES does accept digital announcements for its weekly digital newsletter. Each announcement costs $25 per week to place and proceeds will benefit PTA programs. To learn more about the policy, including how to place an announcement in the digital newsletter, please see the instructions, available here and attached. Thank you for your support and cooperation!
